Colorado Resource Finder
- This is a non-exhaustive resource, and we encourage users to reach out to their utility providers and/or municipalities for additional opportunities if they are not represented on this page.
- Each of these opportunities was reviewed, to the best of our abilities, for multifamily (four or more units) eligibility. Please check with program administrators to confirm eligibility for a specific development or project.
- Each opportunity is time-stamped according to when it was last updated. Funding opportunities can change quickly, and users should always check with program administrators for the most up-to-date information on any given resource.
- This information is provided at a high level and these resources have not been analyzed for alignment with Housing Tax Credit financing. We encourage you to work with legal and accounts experts to find the right opportunities for your project and situation.
Funding, Financing & Incentives
Funding for PACE's rebates and incentives comes from Boulder County's Sustainability Tax and the City of Boulder's Climate Tax. Note that rebate amounts and requirements are subject to change without notice. PACE rebates are available on a first come, first serve basis. Businesses are required to contact an advisor prior to the purchase of energy efficiency measures to confirm funding availability, ensure that your project meets the eligibility requirements and to schedule an energy assessment/walk through of the project to verify existing equipment.
