Energy Efficient Transformer Rebates

The Energy Efficient Transformer Rebates Program is designed to provide rebates to industrial or manufacturing facility owners, commercial building owners, multifamily building owners, utilities, or energy service companies for the replacement of a qualified energy inefficient transformer with a qualified energy efficient transformer.

Eligibility: 

A Qualified Entity means an owner of industrial or manufacturing facilities, commercial building, or multifamily residential buildings; a utility; or an energy service company that fulfill the requirements of the rebate program. Any qualified entity that is the purchaser of a qualified energy efficient transformer who has replaced a qualified inefficient transformer may apply for a rebate for current, future, or past replacements. Rebates will be distributed based on when application are received with additional preference given to applicants that are replacing a qualified energy inefficient transformer in a disadvantaged community, until the exhaustion of funds.
