The Multifamily Buildings program is designed to improve comfort and keep living costs affordable. No-cost services include: Identifying energy-saving opportunities through an onsite assessment; Reviewing the assessment report and its findings with you; Determining energy efficiency improvements; Installing free energy-saving products in each unit such as light bulbs, showerheads and aerators.
Eligibility:
Multifamily buildings must meet these requirements to participate: Properties have electric and/or natural gas service; Properties have five or more units per building; Market rate and income qualified buildings are eligible.
