Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Energy Conversion Incentive program, projects must be located in the City and County of Denver and serve more than one building; Or be located Downtown Denver to facilitate future implementation of a connected district themeral energy network. Eligible applicants include but are not limited to building owners, developers, geothermal installers, contractors, public service utilities, water resource recovery and management entities, colleges or universities, etc.
