Public Building Electrification Grant

The Public Building Electrification Grant is authorized by House Bill 22-1362 to provide public buildings with funding to explore and implement building system electrification measures and infrastructure upgrades required to support these technologies.

CEO is making a total of $10 million in project funding available to eligible entities. Each funding round will outline a specific amount of funding available to applicants during that Request for Applications (RFA) cycle. Funding cycle dates and frequency are to be determined.

Population Served: 
Applicants from Disproportionately Impacted (DI), Low-Income (LI), or Just Transition (JT) Communities are eligible for additional cost coverage related to administrative expenses of the project.
